All of our luxury home goods are inspected for quality and shipped directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used bedding and textiles cannot be returned.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our collections feature artisanal, handcrafted elements. Because of this, slight variations in color and texture may occur, making each piece uniquely yours.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if an accident occurs during transit, please email our support team with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
